• You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe any third-party rights or violate applicable laws.
• You agree to indemnify and hold Census Books harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your upload of copyrighted material that you do not have rights to.

You agree not to:

• Census Books may modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time without liability.

• Users retain 100% of royalties unless otherwise agreed upon for specific services.
• Census Books may offer optional paid services; all fees are clearly disclosed before purchase.
• Payment disputes must be reported within 30 days.

• Census Books owns all rights to the platform, website, software, and branding.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

• Census Books provides services "as is" and "as available."
• We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of our services.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Census Books is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

• Census Books may suspend or terminate your account at its discretion, including for violations of these Terms of Service.
• Upon termination, all licenses granted to Census Books regarding your content remain in effect for content already published.
